Why choose us?
It all begins with the motivation to make a difference in a patient’s life.
The average acceptance rate for Physician Assistant (PA) programs in the United States is between 20% and 31%. This means that only about one-fifth to one-third of applicants are admitted each year.
The journey of becoming a PA has many barriers, but in my opinion, the greatest one is the application process. When I first applied to PA school, I gathered up years worth of knowledge to better my chances of acceptance, which I luckily saved for the off chance I would need it in the future. Now that all those resources and knowledge are at my finger tips - it is time for you to benefit off of those efforts.
I bring a fresh fervor to the market by offering more affordable pricing for more comprehensive one-on-one guidance and added ability to provide cognitive and behavioral support due to my background in psychiatry. My philosophy? Work smarter not harder.

Rachel Watters, PA-C
CEO AND FOUNDER
Welcome! I am a diversely educated, board-certified, passionate Physician Assistant. I pride myself in my ability to connect individually with each person and would love the opportunity to provide everyone their best chance to the “finish line” of being a PA.
I graduated from her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Health Sciences while gaining clinical hours as a psychology/neurology technician for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). I then obtained a Masters in Public Health and Masters in Health Administration to view all perspectives of medicine. Next, I graduated from Southern California University of Health Science Physician Assistant program with honors and awarded the Clinical Clerkship Award of my class for outstanding clinical skills in real life practice. I have clinical experience in both family medicine and psychiatry. Outside of my clinical experience, I am a clinical preceptor for PA programs including Yale, serve on an admission committee, and have extensive connections with PA program admission officers.
Firsthand, I understand the difficulties navigating all the information thrown at you in applying for PA school, so I created this service to use a comprehensive, one-on-one approach to addressing the plethora of information available to give you your best chance of getting in the best profession, and more importantly, not getting overwhelmed in the process.
Outside of my craft, I love spending time in the community of Vista with my husband, adorable daughter Olivia, and many pets as well as painting whenever I can muster the time.

Alexis LaNeve-Wiley, PA-C
Pre-PA Consultant
Hi, I’m Alexis LaNeve, a board-certified Physician Assistant working in Pediatric Emergency Medicine—and I’m passionate about helping students become the confident, capable PAs they’re meant to be.
I graduated with a 4.0 from Southern California University of Health Sciences, but my journey into medicine wasn’t a straight path. Before PA school, I earned my undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Aquatic Therapy from West Virginia University. I then completed an accelerated program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and spent five incredible years traveling the country as a travel Sonographer. That time on the road not only deepened my love of healthcare but also fed my passion for adventure and exploring new places.
These days, I’ve traded suitcases for stethoscopes and love my fast-paced, meaningful work in pediatric emergency medicine. I live in Phoenix with my husband, our spirited daughter, our cat, and our dog (who I try to like most days). Becoming a mom has given me a whole new perspective on patience, empathy, and balance—all things I bring into my work with students.
I know firsthand how overwhelming the path to becoming a PA can feel, and I’m here to help make it less stressful and more empowering. Whether you’re navigating applications, didactic year, or clinicals, my goal is to support you, challenge you, and cheer you on every step of the way.

Kristin Durham, PA-C
Pre-PA Consultant
Hello! My name is Kristin Durham, and I am a board-certified Physician Assistant practicing in Orthopedics and Spine. I look forward to working with aspiring PA students on getting into school and becoming part of the best profession!
Prior to PA school, I worked as a board-certified Athletic Trainer in a high-school setting, which involved treating and rehabilitating athletic injuries. My desire to become a PA began after shadowing our sports medicine doctor and his PA - I was in awe of her capabilities and the profession! After four years of building direct patient-care and volunteer hours, completing prerequisites, and applying to various PA programs, I was accepted into the program at Southern California University of Health Sciences. Many of the students in my cohort had previously worked in other healthcare professions as well, adding to the overall learning experience.
I currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona with my husband and two large dogs, enjoying the opportunity to travel whenever we can. I understand that the path to PA school varies for each student, and for some this may include a career change. My goal is to help students identify what makes them shine and stand out for this profession. From there, they can become the best version of themselves and become an outstanding Physician Assistant!

“In my 28 years of teaching resident doctors, PAs, and NPs, I can certainly say Rachel was among the top 3 PA students I have ever met. I would give her a job immediately and am impressed by her level of knowledge and commitment. She is very impressive, talented, and I trust her fully with patient care, with very minimal supervision.”
